WellTools Ltd was established in 2004, and operates from its base in Inverkeithing Fife. The company has quickly established a solid reputation in design and development of proprietary and specialised tools for their customer base in the U.S., South East Asia, Middle East and Europe.

We design, manufacture and supply well bore tools for the Oil and Gas Industry which provide our customers with efficient, reliable quality products which offer first class performance and provide excellent value for money. The tools are designed to be more than fit for purpose by being easily field re-dressable, simple to operate and having extended tool longevity.

Our strength lies in our experience in the coil-tubing industry and the ability to supply innovative solutions to our customers’ individual tool requirements. We have the knowledge and manufacturing capability to offer unique equipment solutions; designing and manufacturing tools to suit our customer’s needs in a reduced timeframe.

We supply all the base coil tubing tools from Motor Head Assemblies and retrieving tools, to quick connects, torque thru. and kick-over knuckle joints, swivels and flow release overshots and spears. In addition we are developing a class-leading range of more specialised equipment; including under-reamers and multi-opening circulating tools, contra-rotating wash tools and a flow release activation system for use with stiff wireline reels.

Our technically advanced range of circulating and cleanout tools can be employed for conventional drilling applications as well as coiled tubing deployment.
