• Overview
The WellTools Flow Release JDC Pulling Tool is used for running and the retrieval of equipment fitted with an external JDC style fish neck. The Pulling Tool is profiled to prevent either the grapple or the bowl hanging up whilst in the release position, especially in highly deviated or horizontal wellbores.
As with all of the WellTools flow release equipment, the orifice is easily changed out to facilitate the correct hole size for the required release flowrate.
Nozzles can also be fitted which exit out of the side of the tool to prevent flow restriction problems whilst engaged over the fish.
